Weighing in at an unhealthy 97 pounds, I was mentally drained and saw no value in myself or image due to a bad relationship. While being very malnourished and inactive, it caused an additional decrease in my mental state for the worse.
After being consistent in the gym for over a year, I gained over 20 pounds of weight and mental stability. After countless weeks of training my body to be able to eat more, I was soon able to comfortably eat a healthy amount of food daily.
After the first time I walked into the free weight section in front of a bunch of huge gym boys, I felt like I could pretty much do anything.
If you do something with confidence, people will rethink their own actions.
Hitting legs four times a week won't do much good. Learning how to balance muscle groups, or work and school, is when the most progress will be made.
I want to be my clients personal asset to not only a successful fitness journey, but to an improvement in their mindset and lifestyle choices.
