Weekly check ins are important to connect with our clients to see how they feel and what is and isn't working for them so that they can see the best results. We also offer scheduled appointments throughout the week at an additional charge intended for clients close to the area, or via FaceTime.

Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
